Have you ever yawn when working out? Don’t worry the workout isn’t that bad that it’s boring and making you want to fall asleep. . . There’s more to it that makes you yawn.
Now of course, if your lacking sleep you going to yawn. But if its a common thing that your yawning during your workouts and your not tired its a body signal going to your brain telling it to cool off with oxygen.
When workout out, the blood flow leaves the brain and distributes throughout the bodys working muscle. So yawning increases the blood flow back to your brain and extra oxygen helps to cool it off when working out.
The type of exercises might cause you to yawn when working out as well. For more vigorous exercises that raise your bodys temperatures quickly may cause you to yawn to cool it down.
I wouldn’t worry about a few yawns during your workout but if its interfering or your constantly yawning you may be lacking sleep, so make sure you get enough sleep, take a break during your workout if you have to, work on getting mentally prepared and warmed up properly so the body’s temperature adjust to prevent yawning.
