Ionic Foot Bath Detox

An ionic footbath also known as ionic cleansing is a detox footbath. It removes toxins through the soles of your feet. You start with a clean bowl of water and electrodes that deliver a low-level electric current during the treatment. You place your feet in the bath for 20-30 minutes long. As the ions start to detox, the color of the water will change based off of what you are detoxing out. The ionic process gives the hydrogen in the water a positive charge; the positive charge attracts the negatively charged toxins in your body. The ions in the foot bath water hold a charge that bind any heavy metals or toxins in your body, which causes them to pull out through your feet into the water. Think of how a magnet works, it’s the same way pulling the toxins out making it a footbath detox.
The color of the water can represent the toxins that were pulled out of your body. Come with a relax mind. You will be soaking your feet in the ionic foot bath for 20-30 minutes seeing it change colors as toxins release out from your feet. We will then go over the colors and meaning to give holistic alternatives to help with what toxins are showing in your body. After the detox you will be able to clean your feet and be cleansed. Make sure to bring some water with you for during or after if you feel you may need it.
When one is detoxing they can feel sluggish as its getting negative toxins out or cause your PH balance to be more acidic so make sure to have proper nutrients and sleep throughout the day and night before:

Tips for the most effective footbath detox:

(These are not needed just recommended)
  • Get a good night sleep before and after your foot bath detox
  • Be sure to eat in the morning and proper healthy meals throughout the day, have greens in the diet.
  • Take a multivitamin /mineral to replenish the day before and after
  • If you have fish oils or herbs be sure to take them that day.
  • Have lemon water throughout the entire day before and after the foot bath detox
  • After the foot bath detox take probiotic
